How it works
No long procurement cycle and no dedicated-staff contract. You see real work on real files within weeks — and decide from there.
Days 1–3
A call with a partner to map your workflow and software. A mutual NDA is signed before any data is shared.
Week 1
Access is granted client-by-client inside your own platforms, and we help you put IRC §7216 consent in place where tax data is involved.
Weeks 2–3
We deliver the first one or two clients end-to-end — reconciliations, close pack, or review-ready returns — for your CPA to check.
Day 30
We walk through the quality bar together, adjust the checklist to your standards, and expand only when you're satisfied.
Platforms
No migration needed to bring us on — we log in to the software your firm and your clients already run.
Engagement models
No dedicated-staff lock-in to get started — scale up as the relationship proves out.
$180–$350/ month
Flat monthly bookkeeping for one of your clients — you keep the relationship, we do the work.
$35–$220/ return
Simple individual returns from $35, business returns (1120S/1065) from $120.
$12–$22/ hour
Flexible hourly bookkeeping ($12–$18) or tax prep & review ($18–$22) for overflow work.

Who we are
Ardafis Partners was founded by ACCA-qualified accountants with hands-on experience across US accounting practice, ecommerce bookkeeping, and automation. One of our partners has worked directly inside a US accounting firm — so we already know your software, your workflows, and your busy-season pressure points.
